Grace is a clinical psychologist committed to helping individuals overcome challenges, develop resilience, and achieve personal growth. With a warm and empathetic approach, she seeks to create a safe and supportive environment to explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

Grace completed her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and Master of Clinical Psychology at HELP University, Malaysia. Her primary approach is Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and she is in the midst of obtaining her Beck Institute CBT Certified Clinician (BICBT-CC). She also incorporates other evidencebased techniques as fitting in her work with clients.

Grace works mainly with adults and children from diverse backgrounds who are seeking support for a wide range of mental health concerns. She creates a welcoming and inclusive space for individuals of all races, ethnicities, sexual orientations, and gender identities.

Formerly, Grace worked as an Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapist predominantly with children with autism, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of behavioral interventions and strategies that can be integrated into her therapeutic approach.

Maintaining the highest ethical standards, Grace adheres to strict confidentiality guidelines to ensure client privacy and trust. Grace believes that there is immense strength in being able to take the first step to verbalize the pain that we might have kept hidden. She seeks to create a space where clients feel safe to share their vulnerabilities and pain, and to use science-based methods to process through these and find practical, actionable steps towards their goals.
